Connexions Vietnam: One more step

Development of the Open Education portal "Connexions Vietnam",the newest member of the the worldwide Connexions Commons federation of open education repositories, has taken it's next major step, with installation of server hardware in a data center in Hanoi, and deployment of a development platform on that hardware.
