Biography:

Currently, I am a Ph.D. student at the Department of Computer Science, The University of Iowa. I am doing research on Computer and Network Security topics with Professor Eunjin (EJ) Jung. Previously, I was Technical Director, IT and OCW at the Vietnam Education Foundation (VEF) who was in charge of the Vietnam OpenCourseWare project from its day 0 until its official launching on December 12, 2007.
