In the starting phase of Vietnam OpenCourseWare Project, the Vietnam Education Foundation supports top Vietnamese faculty members to utilize available OER like MIT OpenCourseWare, Rice Connexions, etc. to develop quality course content in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Biotechnology. After being developed, these course are evaluated by U.S. before being uploaded to Vietnam OpenCourseWare content repository.
